Introducing the Youth Cornhole League – A Game-Changer for Young Players!
Exciting news for young cornhole enthusiasts! Northeast Florida Cornhole and Old City Cornhole have teamed up to launch the Youth Cornhole League (YCL), a brand-new opportunity for players ages 8-17 to learn, compete, and have fun in an exciting, structured environment.
This league is designed to introduce kids and teens to the sport of cornhole in a way that promotes skill development, sportsmanship, and community. Over the course of six weeks, players will meet once per week for two hours, receiving quality coaching from approved volunteers and playing competitive matches to put their skills to the test. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, all skill levels are welcome to participate and grow their game!
The season will culminate in an action-packed championship tournament, where players can showcase their progress and compete for top honors. Expect a fun, positive atmosphere where young athletes can develop their game, make new friends, and enjoy one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.
The Youth Cornhole League will be available in Duval, St. Johns, and Clay Counties, with multiple locations to ensure accessibility for all interested players. Stay tuned for official season dates for the inaugural session!
If you're looking for a unique and exciting way for your child to stay active, build confidence, and engage with the local cornhole community, this is the perfect opportunity.
A scholarship fund is also in the works for both qualified and deserving members of the YCL.
